If You Answer "NO" Then You Won't Be Able To Begin Your EDT Lessons Until Such Time As Your Learner Permit Arrives In The Post.
Do You Understand & Speak Fluent English?*
Unfortunately if you answer "NO" then you cannot proceed any further, as Driving Lessons are hard enough for people who do speak English, and would be an absolute nightmare for someone who can't. However, I'm certain that the RSA Register of Approved Driving Instructors would have someone that can speak your native language, which will make your experience more enjoyable.
